Medieval Studies Graduate Student Advisory Committee

About

The MEST GSAC promotes the professional, scholarly, and personal development of graduate medievalists at Indiana University. It will accomplish these goals through the development and dissemination of community resources and through organizing and sponsoring events that foster collaboration and conversation across disciplines

The Medieval Studies Institute at Indiana University is a center for research in all areas of medieval scholarship. In addition to the interdisciplinary and archival courses offered by the Institute itself, medieval courses are regularly offered by eighteen departments of the University Graduate School and the School of Music.

The Institute administers a Graduate Area Certificate and Minor in Medieval Studies as well as coordinating a full program of speakers and colloquia.

The Medieval Studies Graduate community also organizes and hosts several events, including the annual Medieval Symposium, through the Medieval Studies Graduate Student Advisory Committee. For information about the student organization or the Symposium, please contact the Institute.
